About Our Meditation Center
Being awake and aware is a natural ability we all have. Just like we have a body and are breathing, and just like we all have a heart. The purpose of this website is to give you and your family a set of easy tools based on mindfulness. Watch a newborn baby and you will often feel a vast openness around it.
Most of us tend to forget this openness and when we grow up we replace this openness with opinions and beliefs and thus the brain is working overtime to maintain these.
